They care about guests, offer GREAT service and shuttle to-and-from airport. I'm glad that getting Disability Access room with the air from going under the curtain as well as large bathrooms was not a problem. Overall the staff is consistently courteous and exceptionally nice. The location is in a great and perfect spot in the Sanford area.

Dependent on the shift, unfriendly, uninteresting frontdesk staff. Pool not maintained, lots of leaves and hair in the pool. Window of room can not be opened for fresh air.
